Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

• Free tracked delivery on orders of £45 or more — that includes any order of 2 or more pendulum clocks.
• Orders under £45 are £4.99 for tracked delivery.

How long it takes

Orders usually arrive within 7–10 working days of being placed. Every order is tracked, and we’ll email you a tracking link once it’s on its way.

Sending it as a gift

Tick “Sending it as a gift?” before you add your order to the basket, and put their address in as the delivery address. We’ll leave the price out of the parcel.

If your order is late or goes missing

If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 working days, email support@avoryhome.com with your order number and we’ll track it down. If it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at support@avoryhome.com and we’ll do our best to change it before it’s sent.
